Broken ARR Intro movies?

Attempting to launch the Opening Intro or the A Real Reborn Title movie from the Movies & Title screen results in an immediate hang up of FFXIV. Sometimes it will play after 20-60secs, but most of the time it doesnt and I have to forcibly close FFXIV.

The Heavensward thru Endwalker Intro movies are unaffected.

Frequency: Always

I have tried reinstalling FFXIV but that did not help.

We would like to further assist with this issue. Could you provide a system report from the game? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
