Problems with the rollback.

I received a rollback for get my stolen gils back. After this I lost my sage and reaper's soul and I can't use them. Do you know a way to get them back or do I have to wait for them to answer me from support?

Contact a Game Master/etc, make a ticket.
Only Thing I could say is unlock them again if you do not have them unlocked after a rollback. If you do have them unlocked but unable to equip their weapon cause a soulstone is missing. Make a ticket. I've never heard of this and it sounds crazy. Usually equipping a the Weapon for any job that does not have a class (HW+ Jobs) will automatically equip their soulstone.
