I am on quest Warm Hearts, Rekindled Hopes and when i get to the part when you have to save mehvans babe the quest doesnt trigger when im right next to the babe so i am currently stuck here forever until this can be fixed

I ran into the same issue. To complete the quest, I swam down to the babe and used the F12 (Target Nearest NPC or Object) and NUM0 (Confirm) keybindings.

Hope this helps all of those who get stuck at this point.

Your a life saver Cavos, I hope they fix this bug soon.
