If you are expecting someone on the forums to address complaints as they happen, it's not gonna happen. They don't do that. People like that are not very helpful anyways as they can't say anything until they hear from someone above. All you get is repeats of "we're aware of the problem and are working on it." What more do you want them to say that hasn't already been said? The issue is easily explained but it won't be easily fixed. Congestion will gradually die down in the coming weeks, probably long before they can make any long term repairs. If you want money or some other reparation you are better off trying customer support. They don't hand out refunds on the forums.
Give it a week and all you complainers will be silent once more.
I agree, one of my friends said it best. Why should I not afk in my inn, when this service right now is so bad that we are fighting each other just to play the game.
The launcher does not even work half right. I never used it before, but I am force to use the ff14 fast launcher to bypass the game launcher because if I get booted out of queue. I only got 1 min to get back in.
This is unnaceptable on so many levels.
Just acknowledging the issues would be enough. "We are aware of launcher issues, and various disconnects during login queues. The team is working around the clock to resolve any network issues on our end that may be causing frustration for our valued players. Please be patient with us while we work through it." ...something like that.
Have they acknowledged the DX errors yet?
