As title suggests, when people try to buy something from Mogstation like Fantasia or story skips, it doesn’t appear even after a few hours of waiting. Anyone got any tips?

I bought some dye over 3 hours ago and still hasn't showed up. The longest I have ever seen mogstation take was 1 hour. It's ether down or there's a bug thats stopping items from being mailed.

The servers are stressed - to put it mildly. Mogstation purchases will simply take a LOT longer than normal.

Bad designed.
And people are happy with it, nothing like this happens in others online games with cash shops. In fact they can access to the shop using the game menu instead of opening a browser, log in, navigate towards 3 menus, log in again, confirm etc.
Tedious.
