Absolutely shocking state of SE customer support
I have been in communication with SE for over 2 months now at this point, involving a simple item restoration request. Every time they say that ticket resolution is imminent and to stay online and wait for GM to reach out, but I have almost had my character logged in for almost the entire day for weeks at a time now time (using HUD arrangement menu and walking around in between work) and nothing has happened.
Is the support desk system supposed to be this appalling? Is there a Twitter account I can reach out to maybe get some actual human feedback?
