If you wanna make a space to go and vent have at it. That pain is real and you should be free to express and acknowledge it. But my god since even before 5.0 bitter DRK players have been invading and derailing other threads with empty lamentations that don't contribute to anything, and it's really no wonder DRK isn't changing with that watering down most discussions. -

The way the JP forums are interacted with is for sure going to be something the devs will be able to jive with, as it's used in their own experiences. They can more easily parse what's being said and what is liked, and what isn't liked and what should be addressed.Quote:

I get it. You want your voice to be heard, and to stand out from the crowd. But, you're guilty of this culture clash that you're lamenting by diverging from the crowd and striking out on your own path with this thread. If anyone in this section of the forums would be listened to it'd be ones who write out well thought out posts, that garner a lot of responses via quote responses and likes, and is actively involved in the flow of the conversations and adding their own insights that could then be relayed to the devs. Your seniority in the forums is not something that matters at the end of the day in my opinion, but your insights into how the forums have been interacted with should tell you as much. -

3) People generally only react to the first and last page of a thread. I'm guilty of this as well, but it takes a lot of motivation for the average player to go back and wade through 500 pages of missed conversation when most of it is banter. I think it's fine to have a megathread to have a general conversation without a focused topic, but most of the changes that I've seen that have come from forum suggestions are from relatively focused threads with a central OP that everyone is responding to. The onslaught/NF threads for WAR didn't go in a 'WAR megathread'. Those were short, focused, but upvoted discussion threads. -

I know that people have alot of different issues with the job, but LD and BW are the least of my worries. Are they an inconvenience? Absolutely so. More so however, the rework that took place within ShB, aka. 5.0 is my biggest issue. I dislike our current Dark Arts design as well as Delirium. Memes and jokes are part of the conversation. Our cultures are different from that of Japan. I think it's obvious people are trying to make light of the situation when 6.0 proved a disappointment for DRK. Take it lightly; we're all people and not bots with 0 emotions. So are the developers too. Anyway, what things end up being will largely be decided in the future. Until then, be patient and don't push yourself.
