Greetings, I am currently completing my rank 36 Leatherworker class quest, "Head of the Class." I am to the point where I turn in the 5 "Toadskin Jackets" back to Maddeline but if i try to interact with her my system locks up and i can't interact. I have had several people try to interact with her and are having the same result.
I have been asked by both the GMs and your Tech support to post on this forum.
Please provide an ETA on when this will be resolved.

This issue has been known for several months now.
Here is a guide for you to use in the mean time:
1) Open your journal and obtain whatever ingredients it says. (Ignore that it says jackets)
2) Craft those ingredients or look up whatever those ingredients would make.
3) Make or otherwise obtain 5 of the resulting item.
4) Talk to the lady that usually freezes you.
