Game crash with teleport and while doing other actions
I am having the same issue, but this time it is when I teleport in the Shadowbringers area, Mainly from the Crystarium to the Lakelands, It has done it when teleporting from Limsa to Lakelands, as well as from Eulmore. But I have not had teleport issues going around the Shadowbringer areas if neither Eulmore or the Crystarium is involved.
My Game runs through Steam and twice I have had an error message
" Error reference: Library_6757483_d12e9dc5c63abbbc. Cannot read property 'x' of undefined"
" Error reference: library_6760946_fca9de323ab56224. cannot read property of 'x' of undefined"
I have had the "Unexpected error has occurred. exiting final fantasy xiv (17). but also when I was closing the bag of one of my retainers. But I tried to log back in which it allowed me, to have the same error happen on the next retainer, and the next retainer and a fourth time. So instead of doing a teleport to an aetheter in Lakeland I tried to do use the aetheter local network and go to the gate into Lakeland.
It was yesterday giving the same error while I was making things with as a crafter, not on the first item I was making but after I had made a number of the same item.
I have tried doing a reset of my computer. I had the same issues for a few weeks now. Usually I can relog back into the game after a few minutes. Yesterday after I had this issue and could not log into my main character Nostrashade on Cerberus after even an hour wait and playing on my alt character Maddog Pete. So instead did a full reinstall of the game and the game started ok.
This issue has only been occurring since you did the update with the auto kickout after 30 minutes of inaction has been added to the game.
I have removed any overlays from discord.
I have checked in case of any failure for permissions.
When I had this issue on Tuesday one of my FC colleagues checked and advised that my character data is fine.
I have checked and confirmed that my build is 3721808, so I have the latest version of the game.
I have checked every day for any system updates and had those installed, then restarted my machine.
I have gone into my steam account and had it verify integrity of game files (Final fantasy 14 is the only game I have on Steam)
My system is an Advent Model DT2711.
Intel Core - I5 3.0Gherts CPU with 8 GB memory
Graphics card is AMD HD6670 2GB GDDR3 dedicated Card
Hard drive 2TB - 607GB used of 1.81TB
second drive SSD 223GB - 0GB Used
third drive SSD 931GB - 54GB used (This is where Final Fantasy XIV is saved)
Operating system Window 10 64Bit
I am on fibre optic Broadband which I have checked is running at 220Mb download and 22Mb upload. Then have a Cat5 cable less than 20 metres running from the router to my machine.
I have a second character in Limsa on which I am having no issues at all.
I used to have a problem last year with a direct X error. But I upgraded to windows 10 which has Direct X12 and the issue disappeared.
What am I doing wrong or what is causing this error to occur.
