I logged a help request in the GM tickets on a retainer issue, sent it on the 7th Of September, no response yet.
i dont mind waiting , just wanted to ask if there was a delay on ticket responses?

Maybe it's something we can help with? Occasionally a problem may only be something a GM can help with but usually it's something the community would be able to help with.

I didnt look closely enough and have closed the ticket....God Im getting old. Didnt read the text in the screen, I am such a klutz :)Quote:

Tickets take a bit of time atm due to work from home and such. Took them like 10-15 days to reply to one of my tickets regarding billing error.
