Hi I bought the ffxiv premium part to the app, was able to start filling up my right side chocobo saddle n what not. After about 4 days the app just wouldnt work. it got stuck on character selection screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now its saying i need to buy premium again and cant access my right saddle bag? is this a bug?
During this week i did top up my ff14 sub. could this have broken it?

The extra subscriptions for the premium companion app and retainers only run for the same duration of your subscription. So when you subscribed to premium it only charged you a partial rate depending on how much time was left on your subscription (1 week in this case it seems). You didn't lose any time as it would only have charged you a pro-rata rate for the week.
If you have your subscription set up to pay automatically then it will also renew your retainers and premium app, but if you pay your subscription manually or use timecards, you will need to manually set up the premium subscription again.

Im actually using this for my 10th retainer as a dead glamour storage so i just renew em at teh end of a sub for like 80 crysta lol
