In GM jail - no idea why

I'm in GM jail, no email from square enix and no GM. Ive placed multiple gm calls - no answer. Is there anyone from GM staff that can let me know what's going on?

I'm starting to feel jaded by all you people getting into gaol content when I'm not. :( /s

As long as you idle around in gaol someone will eventually get to you.

I've never been sent to the gaol, so I'm guessing it's a pretty simple process to avoid such a detainment. :p
