What I'm questioning is that once we reach the completion of the firmament (step 33) will we still be able to turn in collectibles to get skybuilder scripts? And if so will the NPC still be able to accept those scripts for redemption of prizes?

If you haven't seen those before, you might want to check out the originals at the white scrip vendors first to make certain you like the set before you commit to buying.
