Registered Steam to the wrong Account

I used my Steam Key on the Wrong Service Account and now I am stuck with my real account and a dummy account with Steam access that I have no use for. Is there ANY way to transfer the Steam access to my main or is it just stuck there in the dummy account for good and I will have to make a new Steam account?

(For clarification, all of this is on the same MogStation account, just different SERVICE accounts.)

Edit: Just to clarify though, does your main account already have a "Windows" licence? Because you can only have one Windows licence (Steam or non-Steam).

Nope. My main service account is free of Windows, all I have on it is the PS4 license.
The other service account is the one with Steam on it, and I wanted Steam on my main service account.
