"Screenshot failed" message when using default screenshot folder

This problem has occured at the same time on two different PCs I own (I've included both specs in the report). I can no longer take screenshots in the default User Documents folder, although changing to a different folder allows me to capture screenshots again. This is a recent problem, it used to work fine until a few days ago (latest patch I assume)

Steps:
1. Game is set to use default screenshot destination folder:
C:\Users\USER\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\screenshots
2. Press PrintScreen key OR use the gamepad's "take screenshot" button assignment
3. "Screenshot failed" message is displayed in red on screen and in chat log, screenshot is not written to disk

Steps attempted to resolve the issue:
- Verifying that the disk has sufficient space (over 250GB available, plenty enough)
- Renaming the screenshots folder and creating a new one in its stead (doesn't work)
- Changing the in-game screenshots destination folder to a new folder at D:\FFXIV Screenshots\ (WORKS!)
- Verifying user permissions on the original screenshots folder, especially in comparison to the new folder that works (all is in order, doesn't work)

On both machines I have where this problem occured,, changing the destination folder to something outside of the default location in Windows' user Documents structure worked. The destination folder was not otherwise modified in-game at any other time, it just stopped working in the last few days.

I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. If still experiencing this issue, could you try the following:

-Run game as administrator by right clicking the game icon and select 'Run as Administrator'

- Right-click the 'FINAL FANTASY XIV' folder located in ' My Games' and open the folder' and open the folder properties. Uncheck the box marked 'Read Only'. Apply the changes.
