Been in Mordion Gaol for 12 hours to be released

Pretty much the title says it all.
With the current pandemic situation I understand delays
but I've been here in Jail for 12 hours peaking 13 hours when my suspension should of been over since.
I cant /helpdesk and the options for tickets are bug, harassment, cheating and feedback which none apply.
Please help they stopped feeding me.

Send in a report for harassment and in the subject and body write that you are stuck in the Gaol. It's like when you're in a store and the cashier isn't at the register cause they're handling a different task. Ring the service bell to let them know you're waiting.

The forum mods are not in game GMs. Only Enkratia was, and I haven't seen him post in ages.

Tech support is for actual technical issues with the client executable itself.
