I'm having DirectX errors too...

Hi! As long as SE asked to make a thread for each user with system issues, I'm here doing mine.
First of all, I'm sorry if my english is not the best, but is not my main language.

Here I go:
I'm having 3 issues related with DirectX:

1) Game crashes with message window "A fatal DirectX error has occurred (11000002)"

2) An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

I'm not using overlays, I tried reinstalling windows and even FFXIV but the issues continue.
My pc has windows 10 pro, mother MSI x370 gaming pro carbon, Graphic Card AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB, Proccessor AMD Ryzen 5 3600x 3.80 GHz and 16 GB Ram.
System requirement is even better than recommended to play, but I have this 3 errors suddenly and randomly when playing.

I tried also to play with DirectX 9, and games crashes with the following information:

If you have not done so already, could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

I tried it before and it didn't change anything.
Also, the programs that usually start with start up are LGHUB and Windows Defender.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
5) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
6) Install Steam, Windows and FINAL FANTASY XIV onto the same drive (Preferably the C:/ if possible).
