i2501

so everytime i try to do anything on mog station i get i2501 even when trying to spend crysta i have on my account... i would like to be able to transfer my char.

well update its an issue with all payment types on the mog station and only mog station i bought crysta on square enix site. I am unable to use crysta to buy anything including cosmetics.

well looks like the mog station is down for maintenance now...

what stupid mod put a tech support req in general discussion...

The technical support forum is for game client technical support.

If you have mogstation issues, you need to use email support currently, or chat/phone support when it is available.

I had this issue yesterday, the way I fixed it was to just wait an hour and I was able to buy things again. It might be related to how much you spent on the site. I kindof dropped a bit of cash on it yesterday. If that doesn't work try using a different device to buy things. Like going from a computer to a phone maybe?

If only any of those methods did anything i have had a ticket open for 5 days and no response...

Isn't costumer service down due to Tom Clancy's The Division running around? That's what I read on the site. Or is it just live chat that's down?

literally only email support and its terrible i got a response back finally and it was a copy and paste of the support article on their site...

o and this is even stupider i cant even use crysta to make a purchase or even buy a free item on the shop...
