    i2501

    so everytime i try to do anything on mog station i get i2501 even when trying to spend crysta i have on my account... i would like to be able to transfer my char.

    well update its an issue with all payment types on the mog station and only mog station i bought crysta on square enix site. I am unable to use crysta to buy anything including cosmetics.

    The technical support forum is for game client technical support.

    If you have mogstation issues, you need to use email support currently, or chat/phone support when it is available.

    literally only email support and its terrible i got a response back finally and it was a copy and paste of the support article on their site...

    I had this issue yesterday, the way I fixed it was to just wait an hour and I was able to buy things again. It might be related to how much you spent on the site. I kindof dropped a bit of cash on it yesterday. If that doesn't work try using a different device to buy things. Like going from a computer to a phone maybe?
