Name Change

Why is the game forcing me to change my name when I am the only one on my server with my name. I know for a fact I am since I transferred my other character with the exact same name over to transfer items then deleted that character and canceled that character slot but it still wants me to name change.

I even tried changing my name to the exact same name but it errors and says name unavailable.

I submitted a inquiry already but I haven't heard anything back and would rather not just be sitting here unable to play on my days off from work...

To further discuss this matter, we recommend placing an in-game GM call, and a GM will make sure to gather the appropriate information. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that a name change will be granted, but we will make sure that our supervisors will review the matter after the GM call has been placed.
