    Name Change

    Why is the game forcing me to change my name when I am the only one on my server with my name. I know for a fact I am since I transferred my other character with the exact same name over to transfer items then deleted that character and canceled that character slot but it still wants me to name change.

    I even tried changing my name to the exact same name but it errors and says name unavailable.

    I submitted a inquiry already but I haven't heard anything back and would rather not just be sitting here unable to play on my days off from work...

    Thank you for posting your concerns about trying to get your name changed. To further discuss this matter, we recommend placing an in-game GM call, and a GM will make sure to gather the appropriate information. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that a name change will be granted, but we will make sure that our supervisors will review the matter after the GM call has been placed.
