Ishgardian Restoration Fate Target Display Priority

So, in the more recent concerted works, I've been finding that I can't do anything because the Supply Cache spawns just simply aren't displaying, neither are the workbenches. Is it possible to set the load priority of these targets to the top, like what was done with S-ranked hunt marks?

Like I get that the instance is congested with everyone who's trying to do it just swarming the area but it's beyond a joke when people who have been waiting there for up to and over an hour before the fate begins can't do anything because the targets just won't load for them.

Edit: Instances for this would help too, take the stress off of the load requests and let more people participate at once.

they did the s rank priority for the work location, like the torches which was the only fate I saw and the other 2 locations had a pretty high priority as well for me at least.

Yeah, last three I did, I could see the assembly areas for them, but not the supply caches or workbenches, it was just the load limit for players. I had names off and was holding the key to make player characters untargetable but nothing else loaded, so I literally had to stand there and watch 1500 scrips total go begging because I literally couldn't get the supplies to load. I also wasn't chancing being locked out of the zone by leaving and coming back either in case it was just a delay in the loading.
