Ishgardian Restoration Fate Target Display Priority

So, in the more recent concerted works, I've been finding that I can't do anything because the Supply Cache spawns just simply aren't displaying, neither are the workbenches. Is it possible to set the load priority of these targets to the top, like what was done with S-ranked hunt marks?

Like I get that the instance is congested with everyone who's trying to do it just swarming the area but it's beyond a joke when people who have been waiting there for up to and over an hour before the fate begins can't do anything because the targets just won't load for them.

Edit: Instances for this would help too, take the stress off of the load requests and let more people participate at once.
