In your considerations to adjusting the Paladin job, please consider lowering the cooldown on Spirit's Within. It's a good attack when combo'd but I don't think it would break the class if it had a much shorter cooldown.

Instead of changing the cooldown, perhaps change the combo effect? Make it convert all remaining TP into MP. That way it becomes a more tactical ability than merely a damage ability on a stupidly long CD.
Would be cool if they made it aoe, stun chance if enemy attacking you, higher crit rate on combo bonus, and did twice the damage it does now.

The movie came out before FFXI. I remember a fellow PLD putting this /p line in his Spirits Within macro : "Spirits Within was not a bad movie !" :P That was way back in early 2005. lol
That fellow PLD actually was my "unofficial pupil" on Cerberus. I was known as Evaddaragon and he was known as Mogknight. Ah, good times. :P
