Horrifyingly bad experience

There is absolutely 0 acceptable reasons that people should be required to sit around spam-clicking a sign for HOURS, praying to RNG gods that they get the opportunity to purchase a "feature" of the game all while we are paying for game time to play.
The experience is less fun than buying a house IRL.
Instanced housing, or infinitely generated districts are far more acceptable of a solution than this RNG timing.
Until this is fixed, I find it to be a joke to call it a "feature" of the game.

Nobody's forcing you to do anything. RNG is RNG. If you're not a fan of camping out, then just check back periodically throughout the day. Am I fond of this buying system? No. But this whole "I'm being forced to sit at a house for hours and hours no fair! DX" complaint needs to stop, it's simply not true.

It is 100% factual and true the second i stopped spam clicking was the second I lost a house. Yes totally fair.

Yet a system that literally forces RNG does that. Is that what you do when you are farming dungeon drops? Spam it over and over till you get what you want. It's literally the ONLY way with a system like this. Luck shouldn't ever be a factor in purchasing house. If I see a plot I should be able to just buy it right then and thier. People overly exaggerated the RMT problem and this has become way worse by miles and it didn't evem get rid of RMT. As the only way to RMT is through the complete broken, timer bypassing plot relocation function.

ALSO...dude, I agree with you.
I also hate RNG. It's a reason why I stopped playing Destiny AND Destiny 2 actually. All I'm saying is, the system isn't forcing anybody to stand in one spot for hours and spam the placard like OP is suggesting. It's entirely your choice to do so. Just check back periodically. The system sucks, but it's here, so let's just do our best to deal with it for the time being.

Please post the reason why the game forces you to spam-click a placard, because as it stands, there is no requirement for Housing beyond FCs. But with an FC house, it's still not a REQUIRED thing. An FC can get by and do all of its things without ever owning a house. The Workshop / Voyage system is optional.

To that end, you can call it whatever you want. Continue to ignore and avoid the general information about that answers why Instanced Housing isn't feasible and that "infinitely generating districts" is a stupid idea. That'll get you liked.

It isn't a perfect system, but it is what we have. Placard spamming is the result of players trying to flip houses for insane profits though. Depending on the housing situation on one's server you can bypass the RNG timer by relocating from another plot, but other plots have to be available either by being owned by you directly or by simply sitting there empty. Costs a bit more gil (1.5-4 million extra usually) but it's a great feature if it can be utilized if you have a specific plot in mind.

I am curious to know how you can trade a house to someone else using the plot relocation function?
