Ideas about the rework of summoner
i saw people post their thought on how a job can be improved or changed i though maybe make a thread that people can talk about their views on how summoner game-play can change and improved.
so il start by sharing my idea about what might be a reworked for summoner too(for fun,inspired by the trance system).
so i will start with changes to ACN:
ruin I and ruin II wont be separate but rather ruin I will be upgraded to ruin II and ruin will be instant cast just like ruin II.
summon 1 and summon 2 still remain the same way they are now permanent on the field.
egi-assault 1 will become a trait and egi-assault2 will be removed
egi-assault 1(trait):every 10 seconds in combat, upon casting ruin on a target will make ur egi execute his assault skill.
rest of the ACN remain the same up to summoner.
now changes to SMN:
bane removed.
lvl 35-summon ifrit- allows u to summon egi-ifrit to fight
cost:2 aetherflow stacks + mana, Cast Time:instant, CD: 30seconds shared CD with summon garuda and summon titan, Duration 20sec.
lvl 40-outburst remain the same and learned.
lvl 40-summon II changes to summon titan- allows u to summon egi-titan to fight
cost:2 aetherflow stacks + mana, Cast Time:instant, CD: 30seconds shared CD with summon garuda and summon ifrit, Duration 20sec.
lvl 45-summon I changes to summon garuda - allows u to summon egi-garuda to fight
cost:2 aetherflow stacks + mana, Cast Time:instant, CD: 30seconds shared CD with summon ifrit and summon titan, Duration 20sec.
lvl 46-primal blessing(trait)- upon summon, egi apply a buff to summoner.
garuda-increased aoe radius,titan-grants 20% shield+20% damage reduction,
ifrit -increased damage.
lvl 48-primal gift(trait)- upon summon, egi grands an effect to ruin.
garuda-deal aoe damage around target and spread inflicted bio and miasma(bane effect).
titan-increase potency to ruin.
ifrit-inflict dot on target
lvl 50-enkindle-command the egi to execute his signature attack.
then lvl 50-56 SMN skills are the same.
lvl 58 - Dreadwyrm Trance remain the same with additional effect:
changes ruin III to ruin IV and outburst to Deathflare(which will be unlocked at lvl 60).
rest of the skills to lvl 80 remain the same with the exceptions:
lvl 70/72- summon bahamut/phoenix has a bigger cd of 60 sec or maybe 120sec but with the added effect: when summoned replaces ruin III and outburst with their trance respected skills.
*ruin IV will not be gained from stacks but rather from using the trance/summon and wont benefit from primal gift.
lvl 74 Enhanced Egi Assault removed and replaced by Enhanced summoning.
lvl 74- Enhanced summoning(trait)-summons grand 1 unit of Dreadwyrm Aether.
*the egis are the same as carbuncle only with added time limit.
And thats my idea for a reworked summoner ,hope u guys who read this like my idea.
