Extra Shadowbringer DLC
unsure this is the place to post this. When Shadowbringers was first announced, I ordered a collectors edition DLC (first time ordering dlc for this game, usually do physical copies). when the early start started I noticed I wasn't flagged for it so I assumed I must've been mistaken about remembering that I already ordered it so I ended ordering another copy. after I got in the game and noticed I still wasn't flagged, a Guildmate explained to me how just ordering wasn't enough, there were a couple hoops to go through to register the expansion. I registered the original order, the latest one remained unregistered.
So the question is, how do I go about refunding the second dlc or at least credit it to the mog station? Thanks in advance.
