DirectX crashes when loading 3rd zone of last Shadowbringers MSQ Dungeon

When I try to load into the last zone the game will crash every time showing this message:
An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

This does not happen in any other Zones I entered since Friday but happens all the time when trying to complete this dungeon.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Please provide a system report. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
