Lodestone Not Updating
Short version: Character hasn't updated on the Lodestone since a server transfer April 2nd.
Long version: Transferred a character from Ragnarok to Diablos as part of the free transfers that came with the Data Center expansions, on April 2, 2019. Three separate "Contact Us" emails with different suggestions on how the stuff works later, and here's a forum post going, "Hey, this is a problem!"; the emails said (paraphrasing), "Lodestone is automated, we can't do anything about a character who hasn't updated in 30+ days", and "Post on the forums, but check to see if anyone else is having the issue too."
Regarding the "check if anyone else is", there's been no new posts on the matter in two months, so if there is, it either got fixed or they gave up waiting for a response.

Hi, I don't know if this is a solution to your issue, but I see that lodestone still thinks that your character is on Ragnarok, so maybe this helps.
A few months ago I transferred a character from Zodiark to Jenova, and all that time lodestone wouldn't update, thinking my character was still on Zodiark. Now, yesterday it finally updated, and here's the one thing I did differently: the day before, I logged in on a different character on Zodiark for the first time since I transferred. I'm thinking that the lodestone doesn't update characters on a data center that you're not logging in on, and since I didn't login on Zodiark since I transferred the character, something went wrong there? Anyway, if you haven't logged in on Ragnarok for a long time the same way I hadn't logged in on Zodiark, then give that a shot.
Again, don't know if this is what did it or if it just randomly decided to update my character, but the timing is a bit convenient. Hope it helps you.

Well, I thank you for your suggestion, Rolulu; it seems that at least fixed half of it... Anj is now at least shown as the right race/species/gender/FC and GC... but I suspect now that that's fixed, I just need to relog her in for it to update her gear/classes, I suspect.
But yep, you solved my problem after several months of not getting any help from support.
