Steps Required By User:

• Create SE Account
• Create FFXIV Account
• Register Product Key
• Register Bonus Rewards Key
• Choose Subscription Plan
• Create Forum Account

Flaws:

• Requires 6 points of data entry for user
• No real guidance, time consuming and frustrating for user
• Forum account takes days/weeks to activate

Additional Notes:

• Subscription plan confusing (Add character option? Why is default value 0?)
• Menu Navigation uses vague terminology

• Load Keys/Subscription Plan from digital download launcher

+1, this site is still very clunky and confusing. Not to mention there is still a bug for some people if you try to use credit/debit card
