Disappointed with the NA Support

This all started with the Steam Promotion for Heavensward, when I was excitedly awaiting for my code, since my purchase of the Starter Account was back in April, and my account on Square was on early May. I checked the subscription, enabled it, and waited.

Soon, it was Monday and my inbox was empty. Therefore, I decided to take action. I nearly gave up, purely because I didn't know which support I was supposed to use-- FFXIV or SEA, but I eventually found the Promotional option on SEA and went with there. I was, of course, thoroughly disappointed when I figured out that support was exclusive to the US.

You mean that only because I'm Brazilian, I cannot approach support? That even though I'm a paying costumer, I have no right to contact support?

Because, that's exactly what it means. I can't send a support ticket to SE because my address is Brazilian and the tickets do not allow non-US addresses.

I cannot stress this enough. I pay the subscription, I payed for the base-game, I payed for Shadowbringers expansion and yet... Yet, I cannot seem to be able to sort my problem through support, because support discriminates non-US based clients. I'm lucky that I found out with a minor issue such as this, because this lack of concern for non-US clients is appalling and disappointing.

Uh just saying it does say NA Support.. that stands for North American Support Brasil last I checked was part of South America.

There is no South America support, though.

hrrm in that case since you got the steam version I'd check with steams support.

In addition, this is exactly what I mean through my post. The discrimination goes to the extent that there is no official support. One'd have to go through the NA support, except the fact that NA support is discriminatory.

Steam support has nothing to do with this. They make it very clear on the official promotion page.

I wouldnt say its discriminatory as its the wrong usage of the word Exclusionary is the word you're looking for in this matter. as to the rest.... I would wait for an email that has your comfirmation number for sure use that they are bad about sending emails right away it would seem.I do know that if you need a refund or the like they can do it that wayI would also put something for sure in the tech support forums and see if it can be handled there.

You can also put in for a live ticket thing to handle it be sure to be able to confirm your steam account with them.

The list for the field says state/region. Did you check all the regions they had listed? There might be one for South America in general
