Switching DCs on PS4

ok so first off, i have characters on the primal and crystal data centers.

when i log out of one data center and try to connect to the other one, it kicks me out of the game and back to the initial log in screen. i believe this has been an issue for a long time but this is incredibly frustrating with my characters now dumped on two different data centers.

It is the 2002 error and to my knowledge was always on the PS4 version of the game.

It occurs when you back out of character select and then change data center on the main menu. The only way around it currently is to log in with a character before switching DCs.

fun fact: PS3 version never had this issue.

Please make sure that the Javascript is enabled on the PS4 browser. If you are using wifi, please try connecting directly to the router. If you have not done so already, reset the router.
