3 Day Cooldown Of Transfer During NA Free Transfer Event Needs to be waived?

Hello I really didn't know where to place this but it is a technical issue 'technically'. Due to the high volumes of people moving to be amongst their friends during this major data centre move I really hope that I'm not the only one thinking that 14 days to move characters during this event the 3 day cooldown to move another character is absurd at this point. It really wasn't all too clear since its been being said that you can move multiple characters during this time that there would still be a hold back feature of the cooldown.

I just made the deadly mistake of moving one lone character to a server that our free company wanted to make their new home. Whilst I have another server with multiple characters as do all my other members on same said server that will have not enough time to complete moving lets say all five or eight of them to the new server of our choice to stay on the same data centre as another FC of ours. Not to mention these people have other mains and alts elsewhere they would like to keep on the same data centre instead of having characters tossed and strewn all about at this point.

I imagine the whole point of this is to keep people cohesive but for people with alternative characters this makes it hard to keep them in a cohesive manner with such a short timeframe and a nasty 3 day cooldown that in several players opinion should be waived right now so that all the transfers necessary can be completed so that they can continue to game without having to 'buy' more transfers later to complete their moves.

I understand that this must be very strenuous for this many transfers already to be occurring but it's really making it almost impossible since two of our FC's and friends servers were moved into crystal and everyone would like to stay on Primal where our main 'home' is on famfrit.

My point is that: if you have multiple characters that were on primal that got moved into crystal all those characters should be able to move freely during this free transfer period back onto primal into a lesser server without having to wait 3 days in between each character for optimal results. We have multiple character slots for a reason and many people enjoy having several on one or multiple servers but on the same data centre and this just really messed up a lot of the cohesion and I"m thankful that these are free right now but the cooldown is a bummer in the time frame we have. I'm just happy I don't have 20+ chars because that would be a major pain at this point. But even moving 5 at this point for a lot of my FC members is causing turmoil in the FC and everyone is very worried, having to 'select' certain characters and choosing one over the other to bring over is causing riots almost I must say...

You can move multiple characters from one server to another in a single transfer, so I don't see how a 3 day cooldown between transfers can be so troublesome, unless you all have characters spread out over many servers.

I have this problem so I would like it to be waived as well.

They didn't waive it for EU so the aren't going to waive it for NA.

How many servers is the OP spread across? 8 chars on 8 servers?

I have 4 characters across 4 servers. Doesn't hurt to ask, and if you don't want or need it you could always ignore it.

Sure it doesn't hurt to ask and no I don't personally need it.. but there is probably a reason they've put it in place.
The reason may be "we still want paid transfers to be a thing and not give away an entire account reshuffling"... but it's a reason.

you are well within limits to be able to transfer all 4 characters within the given time even with the restriction though.

4 characters can fit in the two-week window.

I'd rather not wait 2 weeks. Like if they can't do it they wont or don't want to they won't, its not like we are attacking the devs by requesting it. I promise I won't come to square and beat them up if they dont do it.

If I were able to move them all at once it wouldnt even be an issue, I have friends across the data centers so I'm not moving them all to the same one.

It's probably more for player/character data safety and shit as much as anything. Letting players just chain transfer over and over seems like it'd be a quick and easy way to confuse the system and completely break something. 3 day wait in place to make sure all the data are where they're supposed to be before you try hurling it all somewhere else again.
