Character Restore

Many years ago I deleted my character and had her restored with no issue. Thank you Square-Enix.

On February 18th of this year I accidentally deleted her thinking I was deleting a character with the same name but on a different data center. When I went to get her restored this time I was shocked to find out you can only get one restore per account.

I understand why such a rule may exist but I'm begging for an exception. I think the amount of time that's passed between the first restore and this one should show that I am not attempting to abuse the system.

I've had this character for over 5 years. All classes are maxed out with the exception of blue mage. I have many mounts and minions. So much time put in that the thought of doing it all again is enough to discourage me from playing again. I really want to buy and play Shadowbringers when it releases.

I'm will to do anything possible to get this character restored, up to and including payment. Please please please help me!
