can anyone help me on how i get my character back?
my PSN & SE account was hacked, and my character was deleted,
anyone have any suggestions? i still have my PSN save file, but my MOGSTATION says no character?

i hate to say it but did you have a one time password enabled on your account? also you should have 2 factor authentication activated on your PSN account. Did your PSN and SE accounts have the same login/password?
unfortunately yes both accounts have the same password which i think on it now, was a bad idea, but the one time password was removed for a day or so because i had a new phone, so i switched it off to put it on the new phone, but i forgot about it until it was to late clearly, can the character be retrieved or is it gone completely? i still have my save file from my USB as i back it up everyday, but even when i copied it back onto my PS4 it does not appear on the MOGSTATION
Try to contact technical support of SE found here https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...p?id=5382&la=1. Explain the situation and ask if they have a recent backup of your account. Also make sure you say that you have a backup on your usb drive (share that with SE on your first msg with them if possible).

long as you contact support, they can rebuild the data that was lost.
first explain the situation to them and when they get back to you on it they will have you reply back to the email they sent have have you talk about the characters name, world, ect.
