There's really not much to say. DoW/DoM get all of the cool glamour MHs and while DoH and DoL can share in the body pieces, we get nothing for MHs. We didn't even get fresh appearances for the 4.3 tools, which are just 3.3 tools all over again. Adding primal tools would add some new value to old items and help change up DoH/DoL glamours a bit, as well as give us stuff to actually look forward other than heaps of gil.
We deserve primal tools.

If you want something besides your heaps of gil to work towards, then aim for the Blessed tools. As close to what we'll ever get, and I've only ever seen 2-3 players, myself aside with any of these tools, let alone all of them.
Though on a side-note I would like something similar to this. Not necessarily a primal tool, but something to craft, and something incredibly difficulty, that can only be used as tool glamour. Would be nice -

Shiny MH tools are LOOOOONNNNGGG overdue!!!! Blessed tools are NOT ENOUGH as they only glow when you use them. We need tools that shine immediately when unsheathed!

They could feel free to make them challenging crafts too, there hasn't been enough challenge in high-end crafting lately. -

purely glam crafts for ourselves involving primal themes would be great.
but if you wanted them as challenge crafts they would have to be untradable unsellable to keep them as being special. have to be purely a hq craft no nq available. (or atlast nq no glow)
the problem with the old book crafts though was it really just felt like rng as the quality push was extrmemely high.. plus you know we would just use reclaim if things looked like it was heading south.
plus also eventually your stats would make the crafts simple in time, so would have to use a level lock of some type to always keep them challenging, kinda like the gear lock for ult raids.
the main problem would be to make them challenging but without to much heavy rng, but if it was simply a rotation then it wouldnt be a challenge for long.
