there is no gift code

Good day, I made a purchase of an emote, when I registered my credit card the payment was made but the page did not respond and it did not generate the gift code but if I made the discount in my bank, thanks for your answer.

When you purchase an in-game item/emote/gear etc for one of your characters, you won't get a code but it will be sent to your character by the Moogle Mail, so it's best to log in to the game to see if you have received anything.

If the item isn't received after a period of time but the payment was taken (and confirmed by the SE auto emails), then it would be best to contact them via Support and have them investigate.

OP, did you purchase this for yourself, or for a friend? If you purchased it for yourself, the item will be delivered to the character you chose before checkout via Moogle Mail. If you purchased it for a friend (Gift a Friend option), then the page should have processed your card information before loading up a new page with the 20-character gift code present.

If the option was the latter, you will need to contact SE’s Support to have them either refund you (so that you can attempt to make the purchase again), or generate the gift code for you (if that is within their power to do so).
