After researching a bit adding a bit more information:

-Billing cycle date is the 13th
-According to my logs I was doing crafting at my personal house 7/20-7/24 which is the last time I can verify I was there
-I believe I bought a vendor and know I replaced a retainer bell during that time, however cannot verify the vendor as those are not reclaimed
-Lot cost was 3m, only received 1.85m back from reclamation vendor (which is not 80%)

Steps: Logged in on 8/4 to discover my house was gone. I log in frequently, and I also keep a log of what days I go into my house and FC house so I don't lose my house, and the last noted day was 7/10 (although I've gone in more recently, this was a day that was logged, still within the 45 day window). I also checked my email, no demolition email was sent, either. I am absolutely certain I also entered my house within the last 2 weeks prior to this incident. However, the reclamation vendor had the portion of my plot purchase fee, as well as all my furniture, saying that my house had been relinquished 5 days prior.
