Are there any chances of them bringing this back or even putting in on the night station? I wasn’t around for this event and really want this hairstyle.

Those are both likely scenarios but I wouldn't bet on either of them happening until the event rolls around again next summer.

The hairstyle was available from the vendor again during the event this year - so with a bit of luck they'll continue that and you'll be able to buy it for some gil (...or was it MGP? Bought it over a year ago...) next year during the event.

I still wouldn't expect to see it on the Mog Station, though. The event items that end up on Mog Station are the ones that get replaced by new items the following year. Considering Rainmaker is named specifically for the event, it's probably going to keep coming back year after year as opposed to new hairstyles being added in its place.
