DirectX 11 Fatal error 11000002

I've been dealing with this crash since 4.2 was released. It hasn't occurred this frequently until that patch, but now its just getting unbearable. About once every hour or 2, it crashes.

This happens with other programs running, and without other programs running. Nvidia drivers have been kept up to date. Windows 10 gaming mode is disabled, ect, ect.

Please, what is the actual solution to this problem....

I've heard of underclocking gpu fixing it, and thats the only real solution I've heard of, but I want to know if there's something better. My card is not overclocked and is just running at stock atm.

Having the same issue since starting the Stormblood questline. It wasn't that bad but recently the crashes are so frequent it renders the game unplayable.

I just paid my sub, it ain't fair this keeps on happening

Need to do longer testing, but turning gpu down by just 25 Mhz didn't give a crash in 8 hours of run time

It's hard to say without longer testing windows, but so far it seems fine. Something is seriously wrong with this game's setup if the easiest solution is to underclock gpu lower than their stock settings though. I hope this will be checked out for the 4.3 patch.
