Can you submit multiple designs to the Gear Design Contest (Melee/Ranged DPS)?

I was reading over the contest rules and I noticed unlike the last contest it didn't explicitly say anywhere if you could or couldn't submit multiple designs (unless it did and I somehow managed to miss it in my four or five read-overs).

I was wondering if someone could clarify if it's okay to?

I read it over, and I didn't catch anything saying 1 entry per person.

EDIT: Checked the EU side of the Additional Rules and there was nothing specific. The above quote came from the NA side.

Though I do wonder if the melee/ranged categories count as separate contests or if they're both counted as the same contest?
