Can you submit multiple designs to the Gear Design Contest (Melee/Ranged DPS)?

I was reading over the contest rules and I noticed unlike the last contest it didn't explicitly say anywhere if you could or couldn't submit multiple designs (unless it did and I somehow managed to miss it in my four or five read-overs).

I was wondering if someone could clarify if it's okay to?

In case anyone missed it:

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household, per email account, and per any other applicable account described in the Initial Rules unless otherwise stated in the Initial Rules; multiple entries shall be excluded and disqualified unless otherwise stated in the Initial Rules.

EDIT: Checked the EU side of the Additional Rules and there was nothing specific. The above quote came from the NA side.

Apparently the region is important for this, it seems like people in the areas: Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania are subjected to this rule:

Entries: To enter the Promotion you must follow the procedure for entry set out in the Key Rules. All entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period (date of postmark, if mailed). Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated in the Key Rules.

Eligibility to Enter. Though I do wonder if the melee/ranged categories count as separate contests or if they're both counted as the same contest?
