No GM conversation
I opened a ticket today regarding abuse of the dismissal system. I entered the information as well as the names of the players involved. I expected a response from a GM so I could give additional information. Instead I received a canned response to my ticket. I was online and at the keyboard the entire time and no GM ever contacted me. Is this a new policy? I have no expectation that anything will be done about this since the GM could not even be bothered to speak to me.

Nothing can be done about it, they basically washed their hands of it stating "difference of playstyle" which overrules the abuse of the system. Why they keep the abuse report in? Beats me but if they're not going to do anything about it then just remove it.
GM's will tell ya basically the same thing I just did, just best to move on.

OK kinda what I suspected. Thanks for replying.

Usually they always send a canned response before they initiate contact. But, depending on the circumstances and what occurred inside the duty, if they cannot find any in-game chat log proof of vote dismiss abuse, then they chalk it up to “Differences in Playstyle”. Honestly, I wouldn’t worry too much about it, and if it was truly a bad group that was abusing the feature, you probably dodged a bullet anyways.
