Please spread the word: you are INVINCIBLE after accepting a non-LB raise.
Fellow players: when you accept a normal raise (Raise, Resurrection, Ascend, Verraise), there is an invincibility period of a few seconds during which AoE damage will not affect you. The caveat is that IF YOU MOVE (and I believe, if you even take any action) YOU WILL LOSE THE INVINCIBILITY. Please, for the love of god, when you take a raise, stay the **** still for a few seconds to give the healer time to top you off. If you don't and you raise into an AoE that gibs you, then you are at the mercy of whether the healer is willing and able to hardcast raise you if swiftcast is down.
Square Enix: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add a buff icon that indicates resurrection invulnerability. There is nothing in game that teaches players about this crucial mechanic. Thank you.
EDIT: The next post clarified the condition to retain the invulnerability:

Be aware that even if you don't take damage, you might still get debuffs associated with the damage. Getting 5 vuln up stacks raising into a load of stacked splats in O6S is no bueno.
I tried looking for an official answer as to what removes the invulnerability, but couldn't find any; I had to go by my own experience which is neither moving nor taking action. Thanks IttyBitty for clarifying.
