a list of advanced jobs, pole suggestion, class/job suggestions gathered from my many forums and data farming. you all can help me finish since im kinda tired of data farming i want your ideals and thoughts. i am slowly gathering a list of abilities for each job so skills are appreciated also

(reminder the above adv. jobs/classes are taking from other final fantasy games this does not mean that that game defines what that job does in FF14) so with that being said be open minded and please do not and i repeat do not post about this job cannot do this because it does this in final fantasy tatics, also argue about how the current jobs works and how you don't like it!!!!! this thread is purely to list suggestions or to agree with the current selection. lastly please be respectful of other people opinions and be descriptive in suggestions. please Like if you like the above correlation of jobs.

for people who don't know
Blue Mage-learns abilities from monsters
Geomancer-Gathers there powers from the surrounding environment
Alchemist-focused on consumable/restorative items/combine(mix)
* a little description to clarify the job difference from others

I would stay with MAX 14 jobs if we really had to, otherwise I'd stick with the current jobs for a long time. There's other priorities at the moment methinks.

I was working on a list like this like hardcore, I had action bar setups for 3 job-specs of every class. But I accidently cancled out of microsoft word without saving. D:
But I'll make it brief, which unfortunately the extended version is so much more juicier >.<

GLA
->Paladin (Tank by high defense and longevity)
->Templar (Tank with multiple enfeebles)
->Soldier (All around useful melee.)

PUG
-> Monk (Fastest ASPD)
-> Dancer (Enfeeblling Dances, Enhancing Dances)
-> Puppetmaster (Physical DD, with a Player customizable Pet)

LNC
-> Dragoon (Strong damage, quick retreat)
-> Samurai (Multiple weapon-skill user, thrives on TP)
-> Dark Knight (Life sustained by multiple drains, sacrifices HP for attacks, possible tank)

MRD
-> Warrior (A tank by offensive presence)
-> Berserker (Strong continuous auto attacks)
-> Viking (Crushes weaker adds for CC, can tank) (I think VKG would be go along with odin)

ARC
-> Bard (contnuous damage with support for party groups)
-> Ranger (High Ranged Damage)
-> Hunter (Ranged damage with pet)

CNJ
-> White Mage (Your healing whore)
-> Summoner (Healing or Magic DPS as caster, with access to a summoned pet)
-> Geomancer (weather and terrain effects. Access to Quake and Tornado as well)

THM
-> Black Mage (Highest Magic Attack)
-> Necromancer (Magic DPS with undead pets)
-> Elementalist (Access to all Elements)

TMR (Tamer)
-> Beastmaster (Pet DD/Tank)
-> Blue Mage (Pet Fusionist)
-> Animist (Support for pets and party)

AST (Arcanist)
-> Time Mage (Crowd Control, Flow Control)
-> Scholar (All DoM mastery, Scan, increased item effects)
