Minor bugs in minion and companion

Hi,

MINION
I bought the Wind-up Vath with my main character. The item is unusable, but I do NOT currently have it in my Minion Guide, hence it should be usable.
Frequency - Always
World - Omega
Character Name - Shard Baneshyr
Reproducing the bug - Simply log into my character, it's a constant thing: open my bags go to the wind-up vath, right click and check how "use" is grayed out.

COMPANION
It's been now some weeks that in my Companion window the preview is broken, always showing a naked chocobo regardless of the barding I select.
Frequency - Always
World - Omega
Character Name - Shard Baneshyr
Reproducing the bug - Simply log into my character, it's a constant thing: open the companion window, go to the appearence tab and look at the naked chocobo preview, then try switching barding and see how the preview is still a naked chocobo.

Any help would be appreciated, especially with the minion issue.

Unfortunately, your issue requires the assistance of a Game Master in-game. We do not have the resources in the forum to assist with your request. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.

I sent a mail to customer support before posting here, they replied with

"Unfortunately Game Masters are unable to provide any hints or information with regards to gameplay or any game content."

After emailing back that my issue doesn't fit in either category they replied with:

"However, as you stated, this appears to be a bug in the game. The Game Master team does not consist of developers and hence can not offer solution for technical problems."

Each time they pointed me to this forum.

Based on my experience in other MMORPGS, I expected GMs to deal with this kind of issues, but apparently they think it's not up to them. So, I'm with you when you say it's not devs work, but I can't go back to them saying "devs say it's your job". Could your teams please solve the problem of who has to deal with it, please?

EDIT: I'll try to contact the GM in game as you suggest.
