Dark Knight 4.2 Preliminary notes Feedback
Honestly, this is a step in the right direction. Delirium cooldown reduction and The Blackest Night duration were a step the correct direction.
However, this isn't enough of a change. Based on my math I see Paladin losing 5 pps and dark gaining around 1.8 pps. This lifts dark, and lowers paladin but not by enough to justify bringing a dark knight (there was approximately a 10 pps difference in paladins favor previously). Especially when warriors are remaining at 10 pps above dark knight (this already ignores raid buffs taking raid buffs into account boosts this to nearly 20 pps so I don't expect a significant change with the new warrior rotations).
This is a step in the right direction, but I urge the developer to consider further changes before 4.2 to mana costs on dark passenger (this needs at least 160 base potency to justify single target use), lowering the cost of dark arts slightly (cost of 2000 base, ora 400 mana reduction on cost, seems about right), remove the cost from Delirium, as well as giving a small boost to bloodspiller to bring us to dps neutral on The Blackest Night.
