No Delivery of stuff in-game
I played the trial for a while and then purchased these:
FINAL FANTASY® XIV ONLINE COMPLETE EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD]
FINAL FANTASY® XIV: STORMBLOOD™ COLLECTOR'S EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD]
My understanding is that there is some in-game stuff that comes with these. But the moogle does not have it for any of my toons.
I have submitted a couple of support requests, more than 2 days ago, and have received some "boiler plate" which does not address my issue. These two purchased have been registered to the proper account and I'm playing and the content is all showing up.
I have purchased a mount from the store and it was delivered by the moogle without problems.
What's the story?
Have I missed something or is there no way to revisit the support ticket that you submit and see the reply? You submit a ticket blind, get an email reply and that's it? No way to follow up and no way to review the ticket? That's a very odd support system, isn't it? Or did I miss something?

Woops. Store need to be more clear about what's included and required
Thanks very much, I have called Game Support.
Can I suggest that you send a note over to the Game Store that their product descriptions should be more clear about what is included and what is required.
It turns out that the complete edition contains Stormblood - which was not clear [I'm sure it's in the fine print, but not easily evident.] and the Stormblood Collectors edition REQUIRES Realm and Heavensward to be present first. Again in the fine print I'm sure, but again I missed that.
I've sent a request to the store for a refund of the part that I cannot use.
I'm not brand new to buying games online, so I know to read stuff and I missed both things here.
