The person I tend to post for loves the snow and would enjoy having a house in a snowy area theme. I am wondering why we got housing wards in Shirogane and not around the foundation.

For this reason or that reason it kept getting delayed until finally they just scrapped it. We're probably never going to get it now. One option that constantly arrises with the idea of Ishgard themed homes is the fact we sould technically have the wards set in Coerthas Eastern Highlands, Churning Mists, or Sea of Clouds.
Though I'd love a wintery homestead, the other options would make for really beautiful, fantasy scenery. -

the real point was instead of a full housing ward, it would be more apartment like but also have an outdoor area and you can just go there from the Ishgard Airship Landing.
