Steps:
1. In Leatherworker's Guild in Old Gridania
2. Climb up on the bookcase in the back right and attempt to jump onto the tanning rack along the same wall.
3. Have used both Sprint and Peloton.
4. Try to jump to the tanning rack and either fall to the floor, land on an invisible ledge that is no where near the sightseeing vista, or go into a free-falling animation where I can't move for 3-5 seconds as I descend to the ground.
5. Repeat 1-4 going on over 2 days and never succeeding. Fix It!
